Classically and jazzically trained trombone player, so I guess I'm a snob. I like fantasy books or anything Hemingway. Also in the middle of some Victor Hugo. Quentin Tarantino. Game of Thrones!
Eine tolle Sache, die ich getan habe
My first experience overseas stands out to me. I went to Montreux, Switzerland with my university jazz band to play in the jazz festival there. We also toured around northern Italy for a little while. It was an amazing introduction to international travel and is certainly responsible for my wanderlust.

I have a lot of experience in China, having lived there for 2 years. I can answer many questions about modern China. I am an English teacher by trade, and will happily give a lesson.

I'm not much of a party animal, but I know how to have a good time. I prefer to travel slowly and really absorb my surroundings.
