In Melbourne I live in a co-housing community and I am quite used to sharing (while retaining privacy and independance). The community provides plenty of experiences to share and people to meet but can also be quite demanding in terms of meetings and commitments. I can't always host as I need time off from people too. When in Europe, I am a traveller on a budget since I wish to live as sustainably as possible. This means quality and time are as important to me as money.

Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
I often travel to Europe because I have family there and it is expensive when one lives on the other side of the globe....that is why I am choosing couch surfing this winter!

Have lived half of my life in Australia!... already! Moved from Paris to Newstead ( a little village in Central Victoria) years ago... and forever torn between both countries.

I teach French for a living...so at home, let's stick to English (uness you're French). I can share stories, tips about Australia, France and traveling ...or just have a good laugh. I will be happy to share my place at Murundaka, an eco co-housing community in Melbourne, giving you a tour and understanding on what we are trying to achieve here.
