Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
Basically because travelling is meeting. Because connections among people are enriching. Because we are all part of a bigger picture. Because through the mirror that each "you" is, I learn something about myself.

Meine Interessen
Everything that allows me to explore the infinite connections between body and mind...from walking barefoot to dancing, from meditate to giving and receiving massage, from sharing life experiences to perform, from sharing laugh and tears to sing, from journaling to meeting new people. I love green juices, healthy vegetarian food and loads of water... I sew my clothes. I like bycicling, trekking, swimming and kayaking. I am passionate of yoga, do in and qi gong (which I teach). I meditate (vipassana and Osho active meditations) and I dance the 5 rhythms. And the never ending path of awareness, self discovery and growth.
