I did the vipassana... A ten day course of meditation in you can’t talk and you learn how connect with yourself. I love meditation and yoga. Also, I practiced bungee jumping, did a diving open water course, asleep on the middle of desert with camels. I lived in a car for one month, lived in a tent for two months, traveled around the globe for 5 years with good experience like travel in Vietnam by motorbike.
