Born and raised in Haiti, I think of myself as a citizen of the world, my perspective is large and always growing. Whenever I read the news or hear about some event, I try to think about what it means for the world at large and what it will mean for the future of all people everywhere. That is just how I prefer to approach life, working from a foundation of empathy and compassion, leaving out no details and doing my best to understand others.
