Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
Have only had the chance to couchsurf once for now, and I was fortunate to fall on an amazing host! I enjoy traveling solo and CS allows me to meet more locals and provides a more authentic travel experience.
Musik, Filme und Bücher
I enjoy mystery/thriller novels, science fiction and history books. I have a pretty serious collection of BBC nature and science documentaries. With both Netflix and Amazon Prime, it's pretty easy to pass those rainy days. Just finished the latest season of Peaky Blinders and am awaiting the new season of Fauda :)
Eine tolle Sache, die ich getan habe
Went on a 6-day expedition through a river canyon in Bolivia, climbing over a dozen waterfalls to reach a cliff that had never been crossed and discover the unknown beyond! (Part of a 7-month solo backpacking trip through Argentina, Chile, Bolivia & Peru)
Lehren, Lernen, Teilen
Was ich mit Hosts teilen kann
Exciting stories, some typical Israeli dishes, language exchange and hopefully a great time ;)
Meine Interessen
I'm an outdoor enthusiast and a sucker for mountains! I enjoy a range of sports from long distance running, hiking, cycling, rock climbing, caving and scuba diving. I love traveling and am looking forward to finding a job that will incorporate that with my passion for nature and the environment. I'm currently doing my thesis on permafrost degradation at the Zugspitze Mountain in the Bavarian Alps (I've got a couch up there as well :P) I have a reputation for making exceptional hummus which I'd be happy to make for friendly hosts ;)
