I travelled along silk road with 2 another young ladies in one month. Sleeping on a message table in one of the couchsurfing hosts. Wild camping near the cliff in St. Ives with strong wind and heavy rain. Play card games with couchsurfing host in the tent under this severe weather.

I can share tips about reducing stress and muscles pain by adjusting body movements. I like practicing martial arts and breathing exercise to improve health conditions.

If you are interested, I can teach you how to speak basic Cantonese or we can cook Chinese food together. Or we can practice mixed martial arts together!
