To open my home and my mind to new people and ideas. To share and to accept, gratuitously, other cultures. To hopefully meet new friends who share similar interests. To explore places in a way only a native could.

I love all music, I’m usually listening to Motown. Currently reading “Tasting Beer an Insiders Guide to The World’s Greatest Drink”, my all time favorite movie is Auntie Mame ( the one with Rosalind Russell).

I like sharing healthy information about food and drinks with and from people from all over the world. I am constantly on the search for new recipes and gardening tips that promote healthy/clean, living. I love to relax and share a drink with anyone.

I am clean, quiet and respectful. I can share my farm to table culinary skills, vast wine and beer knowledge, craft cocktail making and tasting abilities and stories of other travels. I usually share a gift for my hosts when staying with friends.
