Hi there! My name is Ida, I'm 21 and I'm from Denmark. I am fresh out of Gymnasium (Danish High School) and currently have a gap year to celebrate my freedom. I work as an au pair in Zutphen, The Netherlands, for a very nice family. As a person, I'm very happy, openminded and creative. I love to draw and watch movies (preferably Disney) and occasionally going out with my friends.

Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
I LOVE to travel and experience other cultures (also why I'm an au pair), but of cause, it's expensive and with an au pair salary it's not easy to do so. That's partly why I want to try Couchsurfing, and of cause to meet new and local people.

Traveled around Europe with two friends for a month and experienced a lot of cultures and made a lot of memories.

Ohh... I guess I can teach about the Danish culture. I'm very interested in history and know a lot about the Danish history, so if you would like the learn about Gorm den Gamle or H. C. Andersen or just the Danish "Hygge", I will do my best to do so.

I am a good cook... some would say, so I guess I can make a very nice homecooked dinner or breakfast. Very original. Or maybe something else, I don't know what I am willing to share... yet.
