Musik, Filme und Bücher
I love music that creates atmosphere… jazz, world music, soft electronic sounds and anything that touches the heart. I enjoy films with depth, beautiful storytelling and human connection. I’m also drawn to books about consciousness, philosophy, inner journeys and different cultures. In general… anything that expands my world or opens the heart becomes my favorite.

I’ve lived in different countries and somehow managed to create a sense of “home” wherever I was. For me, that’s the most surprising and beautiful thing I’ve done.

I can share meditation, mindfulness, inner journey experiences and deep conversations about life. I’m also happy to talk about basic yoga, breath awareness, and the tensegrity ideas from Carlos Castaneda.
