Hiya! I'm Ivo, I loove making music and other arts forms, teaching sports, spirituality and making science, philosophy and the likes applicable to 'daily life' :) I studied at various institutions with great pleasure and lots of inspiration as a result, after a couple of years however things changed. After learning about quantum physics and then, via Einstein, about Bhuddism, my explorations of Body and Mind steered me in the direction of the Heart and Consciousness. And thus for the past several years i've been studying and practising my skills by myself, as much as possible, independently and with others...
