Running naked across the Washington D.C. National Mall with friends (ok, I had my vibrams on) on a summer evening just to celebrate our mutual joy and companionship. It's a LONG run.

I truly hope people grow from knowing me by my: passion for knowledge and insightful commentary, sheer honesty of my cultural ignorance, unabashed ability to empathize (and cry or laugh when totally inappropriate), sharp self-deprecating wit, and focus on enjoying the present moment for all it's possibilities.

As a Californian in every way (spiritually, environmental balance, eclectic / diverse interests, and laid-back temperance), I'll do my utmost to absorb each moment to the fullest and learn to love / appreciate through your amazing cultural lens. I share a thirst for the ridiculously awesome subtleties of life (i.e transitioning from strangers to friends, noticing how everyone is awesome in some way, laughing for no particular reason, ironic moments, etc) and hope we all grow from our interaction.

Meeting amazing people, all forms of art (music, sculptures, paintings, poetry/spoken word, karaoke, deep conversations, etc), trying new experiences where there's a great chance of falling on my face, acting with unbridled passion in all things, making strangers into amazing acquaintances/relationships, creating opportunities for wonderful memories, always asking "why", dodging awkward kisses, dancing like no one AND everyone is watching, and running with minimal wear.
