Musik, Filme und Bücher
Enjoying the Cornelius Quartet currently. Usually have 4 books going at a time. Recent netflix threads of inquiry include Willie Nelson, Robert Downey Jr, Fake, and Religulous. Music of most kinds - played live preferably; this summer included Pickathon in PDX, NoDepression, Subdued Stringband Jamboree, and Capitol Hill Block Party. Music played by friends in the kitchen/living room/ front porch/ parking lot is mebbe my favorite.

Every day, a little something amazing - yesterday was the cabbies at King Street Station unfolding their prayer mats on the sidewalk, taking off their shoes and kneeling to pray while a blue eyed wild-bearded vet complemented me on my bowler hat and told me i smiled like his sister. Little moments of communion are my favorite kind of amazing.
