Hi Surfers! I'm a 24 year old post graduate from Bolton, England. I recently graduated in May and decided it was a good time to take advantage of the new found freedom from responsibility and go and see the world. I'm currently hiking the Appalachian trail, a 2189 mile hike from Georgia to Maine and having a wonderful time, so far I'm 1002 miles into the hike and will be passing near DC. I'm hoping to take a break in DC and try out couchsurfing for the first time!
