My main studies are been based on how to be healthy from the mind to the body, starting with the spirit, and now I know everything included happiness comes from this immaterial universal language that we all are.

I know something about knowing the root causes on your mind that makes you feel happy or sick, and the way foods and environment affects mental and body health. That's where I've spent most of the time learning and practicing and is ready to be shared.

Get in touch with new people, share experiences, ways of thinking and know different places traveling around the world. I love cycling, swimming and soccer, but almost all sports too. I like to share a drink with a good conversation.
