CURRENT MISSION Learning about other cultures and spiritual practices motivates my travels. I've had amazing, heart opening journeys outside of the continental U.S. each year for the past four years. I intend to visit at least one U.S. city and at least one country every year from here on out. ABOUT ME I imagine my love of people and different cultures comes from moving so much in my youth. I've lived in 9 states (including Hawaii), visited a good portion of the U.S., and have hosted two exchange students. As a profession and passion, I help people heal through yoga, massage, spiritual life coaching and Reiki. PHILOSOPHY I'm the author of my own life story. Let's co-create!
