Olá! My name is Luc and I was born and grew up in Rio de Janeiro city. I am a easy way person, I enjoy and apriciate nature but also like to talk about games, movies and literature in general. For the first time Im traveling out of my country to discover and absorve new experiences. Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
I've already lent my couch for some foreign friends during the 2014 World Cup! It was an amazing and unforgettable experience as my first contact with people from other countries, different cultures and languages. They've told me about this platform and I really got excited about it. Now, trying to answer the title of this part, I believe that a place is not about some old buildings, a nice view or nice museums, but about people. How do they live? How do they think? How do they have fun? If you know people, you'll really learn many things and make new friends!

I can't deny my love for the geek culture, if someone talk to me about Game of Thrones, we'll have a subject for many days but don't let the stereotype fool you because I also love to breath fresh air. Invitations for walking around the city or some adventure in the nature will be always welcome.
