I think the best way to get to know new places is meeting local people and learn everything that they can share. Couchsurfing has been my favorite way of travelling since I could live abroad and try a new experience. I still haven't had the opportunity to host, but I may be open to that and I'm always willing to meet new people. I want to know new cultures and share my experiences.
