I am a 26 year old female, born and raised in Montreal. I will be starting my Masters at Queen's University in September in Cultural Studies. I visited Tel Aviv in February 2014 and it was beautiful and a wonderful experience. I am looking forward to traveling Europe with a great friend of mine in May 2015.

Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
I am on couch surfing because I have heard many great things about this website and I am looking for an authentic experience while traveling Europe. I am also looking forward to making some new friends and to be part of a community dedicated to traveling and culture!
Musik, Filme und Bücher
I like rap and hip hop, preferably from the early to mid 2000's. I particularly enjoy Tupac, Eminem, Missy Elliott, as well as other artists. I read non-fiction books, usually centered on race and equality, or biographies. Some of my favorite books are 'Black Like Me' and 'The Glass Castle'. I currently reading two great books; 'Drink: The Intimate Relationship Between Women and Alcohol' and 'The New Jim Crow'.
Eine tolle Sache, die ich getan habe
I am so grateful for the opportunity I had to visit Tel Aviv one year ago. I worked really hard and saved as much as I could on very short notice to visit this beautiful country during my reading week. I would love to go back for a longer period of time. Old Jaffa, the dead sea, and the Carmel market were some of my favorite places to visit.
Meine Interessen
In my spare time, I like to read, go to the museum, work out, and hang out with friends. I read anything from books to academic journals or online articles. I work out four times a week and volunteer at my local YMCA.
