I am a 48 yr old Police Detective who loves travelling! Aug 18 I decided to take some time out and went travelling for a year! Down through Central/South America then round to NZ and OZ before up through Asia and home! Thankfully I did this before the pandemic!! Covid 19 has severley limited travel options now so trying to get away where and when I can!! So if I do I will hopefully get to meet some of you and share some new experiences whatever and wherever that may be! One thing I am confident of is that any time spent getting to know fellow couchsurfers will be worthwhile and rewarding!! ))

To meet new and amazing friends from all walks of life and to discover new places and cultures through the eyes of a local! This sums up CS perfectly!. Become friends with people who aren't your age . Hang out with people whose first language isn't the same as yours . Get to know someone who doesn't come from your social class. This is how you see the world . This is how you grow

I cant teach you how to be a Detective overnight but maybe how to direct traffic!!! :-) Learning to relax more and more! Lastly I will happily share my zest for life and desire to make the best from each day, as the scottish saying goes "you could be deed the morra!"
