I think that the best way to know a country is to know the people that live in it. Couchsurfing is for me a great way to meet interesting people and discover some lovely places at the same time !

I basically like every kind of music but I particulary like rock (old groups like scorpions or deep purple). Same for the movies, I like every kind but I enjoy a lot old movies. I've read too many books, so I don't have any favorite, I like them all.
