Hey there! I'm Michalina - a 22 y.o. girl from Poland. I study at the American Studies Center at the University of Warsaw and I am an English teacher. I love my job, but I'm still trying to find my place in the world. I am a very upbeat person that hates boredom and likes to analyze and overthink everyFUCKINthing. Oh, and I'm also learning Norwegian. I have no idea why I chose this language at Uni - one of the most random decisions ever, really. But I ended up loving it and since starting the course I immersed myself more in the Scandinavian culture. This year I spent three weeks in Stavanger helping at a newly opened hostel and I fell in love with Norway even more! And I have one serious addicition. (my dad says it's actually an unhealthy obsession though) I'm basically a travel addict and I spend every penny on that. I have visited 27 countries so far, mostly as a solo traveler and I'm still striving for more! Traveling is my greatest teacher, the best mood buster and a thing that makes me feel alive. Hikes, weird food, unknown places - yaaas, gimme more! In November I'm going to Israel, in December I'm off to South-East Asia and I'm traveling to Morocco in February. Very excited about my plans!
