Dirsi is a new neighbourhood (a city in the city), clean, calm and safe. The neighbors are nice and quiet. This apartment is situated in Dirsi area, on the 13th floor of a newly constructed building, 5 km from the city center. It offers a beautiful view from the balcony. Walking area, bicycle roads, basketball and football playgrounds are available.
