My Daughters birth. The first time I saw the stars while I was out to sea. The sound of the waves slapping against my ship while I slept on the man overboard nets on a warm tropical night.

I am huge into fitness. I have been a coach/trainer for almost 10 years. I love to help people reach their goals and become healthier, stronger and live a better life. I love helping people. If you want to learn how to be strong and fit. I will be more than willing to help you out.
