I've an eclectic taste in music, I can sing along and dance to most music. I’m not big on movies however, I do enjoy a good Sci fi. I enjoy reading and prefer philosophical stuff.

Travelling again at this mature stage in my life where I've stopped trying to change others and I'm focused on changing myself.

I can teach yoga, pranayama, provide life coaching support and a therapeutic or corporate/health coaching sessions every now and then. I can share belly laughters and cook a good meal. I'm curious and believe that in every moment there is an opportunity to learn and teach.

I'm willing to pay for my stay. Companionship, good conversations, sharing of ideas and philosophies. I enjoy cooking, dancing, world music and the mind 🌷
