Sooooooooo much music to mention - but generally love indie, folk, electro, blues and the soulful greats like Marvin, Aretha, Smokey Robinson and Al Green; plus a bit of world music - particularly Indian / Tibetan stuff. Guess I'm mostly listening at the moment to Leonard Cohen, Crystal Fighters, James Blake, Flaming Lips, Robert Johnson....but I could go on! Movies wise - I like intelligent action thrillers, arty stuff like Pans Labyrinth and who can't love a bit of star wars and Indiana Jones!

Lots...Bolivia salt flats & Macchu Piccu - practicing yoga there along with some other pretty random places; had some access all area passes at a few festivals and stood at side of stage watching one of my favourite artists James Blake perform; completed a 3 day 'silent retreat' in Australia, campaigned for Oxfam; watched aussie rules football from a corporate box in Melbourne, helped children in an Argentinian slum, and mentored a teenager in trouble back home over several months

I can teach yoga, have conversations about politics, and tell y ou all about Wales my hometown! I'm pretty good at DIY too - so if you need advice on wallpapering, painting or redecorating a room - I can share my trials, tribulations and lessons learned! I'd love to learn a language, different cultures. learn more about yoga, and about volunteering projects

Pretty much anything to do with music, yoga, travelling and the outdoors! I love meeting interesting and nice people and learning about different places and cultures. I'm at my happiest when surrounded by nature and wildlife :)
