Hello! My name is Sophie Jordan and I am a young traveler who wants to see as much of the world before I attend college in the fall. I'm in the process of planning a trip abroad in the spring an am hoping to spend 2+ months in Europe and/or South America. I have traveled to Southeast Asia and Canada, as well as traveled Cross Country when I was younger. I have never traveled alone before, which is slightly daunting, but I am so excited to explore parts of the world I've never seen, discover new cultures, and meet some incredible humans along the way!!

Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
Couchsurfing seems like a fabulous way to meet other travelers as well as locals from around the world. When I travel this spring, I definitely would like to immerse myself in this culture as much as I possibly can, and see the countries and towns I stay in as a local would, not a tourist. I also will be traveling on a budget, and Couchsurfing seems like a perfect way to see the world without dropping loads of cash.

I love working outside and getting my hands dirty, I have always wanted to learn about farming and working/caring for animals, and would be more than willing to dive into any projects a host has for me. I love working with children- all ages. I am not the best chef, but enjoy working in the kitchen- and could help with meal prep, grocery shopping, and cleaning up after meals.
