I'm from Germany, but now I live and work in Lima. I love adventures, exploring interesting places, learning new things as well as meeting new people. I'm a teacher and I love it! I have taught children in Tansania, once in China, in Malaysia and given German clases to refugees in Germany. As you could tell, I'm very passionate about sharing knowledge and explaining things, but also about having a great time with other people. Please make sure you read the information "about my home" (in the section "accepting guests" - "Read more") !

Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
I think the idea of sharing places and thus making travelling easier, cheaper and above all, less touristy is just great. You get the opportunity to learn more about the people, the way they live and you can make new friends!
Musik, Filme und Bücher
I like rock, metal, reggae, ska, salsa and much more. Watching movies and series is great. Right now I'm reading Harry Potter in Spanish to improve my skills and of course because I love Harry Potter!
Eine tolle Sache, die ich getan habe
I've studied in Leeds, travelled the UK and I loved it!
Lehren, Lernen, Teilen
I could help you to explore Lima, I could teach you some German and/or how to cook German (swabian) dishes. If I have time, I could teach you some Salsa or - if you're already un@ Salser@ - we could go to a Salsa Party. :)
Was ich mit Hosts teilen kann
I can offer an air mattress for 2 persons, share the kitchen, the bathroom (+ toiletries, hair dryer, towels), the living room and of course my enthusiasm about where I live (sea view!!!). :)
Meine Interessen
I'm very interested in different cultures, life styles, traditions and languages. That's why I left my home country Germany with my 8kg backpack and travelled Asia, South East Asia and South America during my gap year in 2018. It was the best year in my life and I did so many crazy things, met so many awesome people and I fell in love with the Spanish language and salsa. :)
