Hello everyone, I’m Zahur Ahmed. An artist by passion, beekeeper by profession, and a serious coffee enthusiast at heart. I run BeeBee Naturals and Malabar Zest, working closely with honey bees, raw honey, and nature-inspired products. I also serve as a Trustee of Sanat Mehta Charitable Trust in Gujarat, where we provide low-cost healthcare services including Pathology and Radiology for the community and people in need. Coffee for me is not just a drink, it’s an experience. I enjoy exploring different beans, roast profiles, brewing methods, origins, and flavor notes. From strong South Indian filter coffee to slow cold brews and balanced pour-overs, I love understanding how every detail changes the final cup. I’m especially fascinated by the connection between aroma, terroir, sweetness, acidity, and body in coffee. Being surrounded by nature and bees has also made me appreciate natural flavors, floral notes, and the craft behind every perfect brew even more.
