Back in England. Studying in Brighton. Been teaching SEN since I returned. Transitioning to a plant based diet! I meditate often and do yoga when I can. Last year I was working, living and exploring New Zealand! Previously, travelled India most recently, also spent some time in Nepal. Have also travelled through Central/ Eastern Europe. I like to take a bit of culture from wherever I go. I share what I can, especially smiles and hugs.

That's tough, I'm big on music and enjoy it in most of its forms. Book that has been the most outstanding recently is probably The One Straw Revolution by Masanobu Fukuoka.

Walking Nature Meditation Local events; whatever the local people have a passion for - I want to see! Music/ djing Reading Gaming Permaculture (Holistic gardening, natural building etc.) Food, yummy local produce. Fruit and vegetables.
