Post in Cayman Islands

My husband and I will renew our wedding vows during a quick stop over in Georgetown (yes, during a cruise, not very CS-like). Does anyone have a good suggestion for what to do for the rest of the day? We are not into chilling at the beach, but would like to see local cultural landmarks, museums and other interesting things.
