What are some of the best places to eat fish?

I'm looking for cheaper places where the locals would take their families to eat great fish. Thank you for taking the time to answer!

We're pretty far inland to get great seafood, or a great seafood place, at least. But I'd go to the Pump House for oysters (they're expensive, but good. Cold water oysters from Alaskan coast flown in). The Pump House has other seafood, but I'd opt for maybe Lavelle's or Bobby's for halibut or salmon. My favorite sushi place is Fushimi. It, like everything else here, is expensive. But you're visiting during winter, so the waitstaff should be the core people, and most likely to provide decent service (no promises) and they shouldn't be running out of things, either.

The Chena Pump House is a great restaurant, interesting and classically furnished. Great food!  Pike’s Landing is another great local restaurant. Premium Chena River views.
