This is a super tough request. The housing market in Flagstaff is not super abundant, especially when students are looking to rent. Check the "nau grad students" or "nau newman center" page on facebook, because people usually put housing listings are searches there. I did see a listing that a friend posted for $250 though but I'm sure its filled by now.
