LOOKING FOR A MEMORABLE VOLUNTEERING PROGRAM THIS SUMMER?

Join with us every summer (August-September) or along the year program to help new student with many things. We run a college and three High Schools in Bandung, Indonesia two hours away from capital Jakarta. The city is one of popular tourist destination so volunteers will enjoy traveling around the city and beyond.

The aim of this program is to introduce student to their new campus with English and entrepreneurship program. The new student will integrate with new environment and new friends through the program. It will be a lot of fun, inspiring and memorable activities along the program. The schedule summer program will be like this: 1st - 4th week is teaching conversation class for 20 hours per week or less (depend how many volunteer in one time). We provide material & teacher coordinator. Volunteers is allowed to improve the material and how to deliver such as teaching through games or outdoor activities etc. During the program volunteers can arrange the trip and do many things with student outside campus.

5th week is what we call Fresher's Week where everyday has different activities like art day (talent show, painting class, music, dance etc), sport day (basket, badminton, football etc), outward bond (outdoor activities), social action (fund raising and distribute to unfortunate), final day (selling product, final talent show). We provide program and mentors from upper class student. Volunteers are expected to help the group with anything in every program. What we provide during this FREE Volunteering means you don't have to pay anything:

• shared accommodation in 3-star quality with hot water & WiFi

• light breakfast and lunch during teaching day

• 2-3 times trip around Bandung

• a batik cloth uniform for formal occasion during the program

You need to provide yourself with:

• travel expenses

• visa fees

• dinner meal which you can find various local food around the accommodation or preparing your own food in our kitchen. Food can be bought in supermarkets nearby or traditional market for cheaper ones.

About the location of the program: Bandung is unique city only 2 hours away from capital Jakarta. It's creative city and famous with the food, Fashion, art, culture, natural beauty and cool climate.

Benefit from the program: This is free volunteer program which means we do not charge you with any fee. However, we provide you accommodation in our hotel practice facilities (3-star quality with hot water, TV & WiFi), kitchen facilities can be used to reduce food expenses and light breakfast always available. We will provide you with a free tour visiting some places around Bandung or West Java with students. The student will be happy to assist you to explore the city and guide you in your first weeks.

Things you can do in your free time:

1. Go around the city by public transport with student. Bandung has a lot of art, culture, social activities.

2. Visit student home town which 2-3 hours away from Bandung. You may get free accommodation and/or food as well.

3. Go to beach for sun bathing, surfing etc down south Bandung within 6 hours by public transport.

4. Go to volcano within 1-2 hours from Bandung with free campus bus or public transport.

5. See different kind of social community since Bandung has a lot of community base on interest like automotive, culinary, animal & pet owner, art & culture, IT & technology etc any of your interest you may.

6. Any of activities you may arrange or request in your free time base on your interest, curiosity etc.
