Istiqlal Mosque or Al-Azhar Mosque in Kebayoran Baru
All mosque is place to learn Islam, nobody will charge you, but finding mosques with English speaking staffs might be challenging. That's why you better visit big ones like Istiqlal (Central Jakarta) or At Tin (East Jakarta) or Al Azhar (South Jakarta) or Wahid Hasyim (West Jakarta). Good luck!

I guess u have had more than enough answer to choose. I believe they have an English speaking expert for you in Istiqlal. But if you have more time in your hand, try to also visit Al Azhar. They have routines session which are considered success in attracting many people to learn Islam every wednesday after Isya ( now at around 8pm). HTH and enjoy ur time in the country
