Anybody up for a day trip to Kastellorizo

Hei, I am thinking of going to Kastellorizo island for a day during coming week. Any couchsurfers in the area interested of joining me?

Hei, Fatih, I am sorry I missed your reply, have you left the area? Flabellina it's more of a go out in the morning and come back at evening thing not evening trip material as I have been told. Edith

Hi Edith,

I have been to Kastellorizo several times, it's worth visiting in the evening as well as during the day. The advantage of an evening trip is that it's not that hot as during day time. The little village Meghisti isn't huge, you can see most of it in the evening as well, walk to the old harbour Mandraki or hike up the hill and have nice dinner at the harbour front. Evening trips are on Wednesday and Friday, as I believe. Departure is usually around 5 pm, departure from Kastellorizo at 11pm. Best regards Heike
