Where do I get travelling card?
Hello, my name is Mila. I will be going to Cuba at the end of July from I will be studying Spanish there. This is a private company, not through university. I was wondering if I can still qualify as Educational reasons for travelling to Cuba? I have Russian passport as well. Will this help at all? Most importantly, I need to know where and how can I get travelling card to go to Cuba? Please, advise further actions Sincerely, Mila
