How many days should I spend to explore Montenegro?

I am interested on hiking, mountains, and if possible beaches. I am arriving on 22 March to the capital, I have two weeks and planning to go to Albania as well. It would be amazing if I can camp :)

Don t waste time in the Capital city so take a bus for Zabljack (stay 2 days), than sea side in particolar the bay of kotor (u should pass trouw nicksic, if u want to stay there one night....there is nothing but is the second city of the country and is real city not turistic) U could start the bay tour from Herceg Novi or Risano and see all the Little Place in venetian style and spend at least one night in Kotor, than u can jump directly to "dulcigno" or "ulcigni" (in italian is correct don t remeber in local language) and then are close to Albania. (And also in ulcigni area there is a lot of albanian u will see the difference
