Transport from Murghab to Dushanbe

Hello! I plan to cycle the Pamir Highway with a friend, in August this year. And our plan is to go all the way from Dushanbe to Murghab, and then in Murghab to find some transport (bus, minibus, marshrutka, truck...) to come back to Dushanbe. Maybe you could tell me if you think finding this transport is going to be 'easy'? I heard that the border with Kyrgyzstan is closed, so I am afraid that there will be very little traffic on this road to Dushanbe. I fear that maybe it will be difficult for my friend and I to find transport. Could you please give me some advice?
