Freshwater Fishing in Destin, FL

Hi,

I'm trying to plan a freshwater fishing trip from afar. I'm planning a freshwater fishing trip for a senior who has some handicaps. He would not be able to go on a boat. Are there any small ponds with good records, and a guide service who would be willing to work with him? Anyone know of any smaller lakes near Destin, FL?

House Concert

Hello all!

I'm a musician from Greenville, SC and I'm coming down to the Destin/Santa Rosa Beach area to get some R&R and do some songwriting. While I'm there, I would love it if I could meet a few people, share my music, and (if possible!) play a bit for some locals.

While venues/cafes/bars are great places to play, I often find that the most rewarding performing experiences are house shows. Would any CSers here be willing to host me for a show? I'd be happy to play for cheap/small tips, just to help pay for some food or something on my trip.

I'd also be more than happy to give a host a free copy of my band's album, and of course I'd provide some links for y'all to check out the style/genre of music before you decide. Just don't want to clog up the group message board with a bunch of promo. :-)

Please do let me know, even if you could host me and 5-10 other people, that would be fantastic!
