Si lo que quieres es comer comida rápida no te puedes ir de Palmira sin comer en Billos cerca al colegio de Cárdenas del centro. Como te dijeron en el centro comercial llanogrande hay bares y muchos lugares de comida.
En Palmira hay varias cosas interesantes por hacer. Puedes ir a Nirvana en la Buitrera, es una hermosa reserva natural, venden una trucha deliciosa, también puedes visitar el Museo del Oro de Malagana que hay en la Estación, es pequeño pero tiene piezas muy importantes y lindas de la cultura. Cerca de Palmira, está Cerrito, allá puedes ir a La María, es una casa colonial donde se inspiró Jorge Isaacs para escribir su famosa novela La María, allá también puedes hacer parapente al igual que en la Buitrera. Cerca al Estadio hay un lugar muy conocido para comer helados de coco, también chontaduro y borojó, súper recomendado. Si te gusta la arquitectura religiosa puedes visitar la catedral primada de Palmira, patrimonio inmaterial. Si te queda tiempo, puedes visitar el ingenio Manuelita, uno de los más grandes del país, es muy bonito y allá a veces le enseñan a las personas el proceso del azúcar si llamas a pedir una cita.
