Hello friends! I am looking for a roommate. I found this beautiful apartment in West Philly and I was moving with a friend. Sadly, for health reasons, she won't be able to move in with me. My moving date is July 1st so you can join me anytime during July or August 1st. If you join me in July, you will pay the amount proportionate to the days you stay. This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with wall to wall carpet throughout. The modern kitchen features a microwave. There is private laundry in this unit (in the bathroom) and central A/C. This is a non-smoking apartment. The rent $497.5 is due on the first day of each month and we will divide the utilities by two (electricity, gas, and Internet). Water is included. You don't need to worried about furniture or kitchen stuff. I have all that it's needed for the apartment. I also have one bed/mattress that I could sell if you don't have one. Lastly, I am a queer woman so the apartment is LGBTQ friendly. I am a PhD candidate so I spend most of my time working on my dissertation or at work. I am friendly and social but I never have big loud parties. I love board games and GoT so I host board game nights and GoT nights with friends. The pictures posted are from the landlord. The picture of the room (fourth pic) would be your room and it has a nice big closet. I will have more pics next week when I move in. If you are interested text me a little about yourself. I can start showing it on July 1st.

There will soon be a vacancy in my building. I'm not sure how nice the place is, but it is in a good location. Not too expensive either. Cross streets are 44th and Locust.
Contact Linda, Jeff, or Dan at Apartments at Penn. 215.222.0222 They may be able to help you with a short term lease.
Try international house. I stayed there for half a year and really enjoyed the people, location, events and amenities.
