Hi, Indian food is very unique to the region. For example, South India has different food from North , East and West. What indian food are you interested in? Since you are in Delhi , it would primarily be North indian food even though there there are plenty of South and east Indians living in Delhi. You may contact Delhi CS group to establish contact. I live in Delhi but currently traveling. If I was in Delhi, I could have possibly helped. Trust that above helps

Hi Kapil, Thanks for your kind advice and offer. It would have been nice to meet you. To be very honest, I have eaten a lot of Indian food in the past but never got to distinguish the difference between the regional varieties. Hence I want to travel and find out! I will certainly try the Delhi group.
