Are there some child-friendly cafes in Rennes?

Hi all, do you know some cafes that have space for children to play? That I can enjoy my drink and cake while the child is busy with toys and other children?:)

L'enchanté. It's a coffea shop in the very center with a lot of different teas and yummy cakes and they organise stuff for children sometimes. But Kids are welcomed all times.

Hi, I think there is not child-cafe in Rennes. With my girlfriend we have this project, but it's not for now (not before this summer). Sure, all the cafes they told you are good for children (Chat Puccino with a lot of cats, L'heure du jeu with a lot of table games), but not sure there will be a lot of children there, because it's place for adults first...

Thank you all for your replies! For sure I will try some of the places, especially those in the walking distance from the city centre. My child is only 8 months old so I hoped for something really "designed" for children as she still only crawls. For example cafe Albertine is very nice indeed but it does not solve my problem of the child sitting with us at the table. Of course it does not stop us from going to restaurants, cafes and bars with her (especially that she really likes looking at new faces:) - but it would be nice that she can also play with other children as she does not have a lot of opportunities for that. I come from Poland where you can find a lot of such cafes and restaurants with playrooms. It's, I guess, due to 12 months paid maternity leave which made it a profitable business idea. So, Anthony, I keep my fingers crossed that it works well also in Rennes!
