Where to meet the sunrise in Tokyo on October 7?? (5 am)

I will be in Tokyo on the 7th and have my birthday that day :) I will live in the area of Nerima. In Japan for the first time, so I want to find out where is the best point for dawn (in the city) and how to get to it by 5 am? (by public transport) Trains run at night? or taxi better?

Hi Maria, there are a plenty of options near Nerima-ku, where I live too, for the sunsets though, like; Tokyo Metropolitan Building, sunshine 60 building etc. The trains usually start around 5am which will be difficult to catch a dawn near the beach, taxi is the best option but very expensive.
