There's nothing much going on in Las Pinas to be honest (unlike Makati). It's the suburbs.

Aguirre Street in BF Parañaque https://www.zomato.com/manila/best-bf-homes-parañaque-city-restaurants

Otherwise, you can check out the malls (there's lots of them down South) if you like shopping.

Check out Las Piñas bamboo organ, though have not been to the place in years. Mostly residential and shopping malls area.
