Where to spend NYE in or around Skopje?

Hey! Me (PL) and a friend (DE) just bought a tickets for December, 31st to Skopje. Do you have any suggestions where to spend a NYE evening? Is there any official outdoor party in the city? Or any cool bar to go to? Or maybe someone is organizing an epic house party? Any suggestions will be appreciated! :)

There were two official street parties in Skopje in the past years , for this year i'm not sure. One of them is on the main square and the second just few hundred meters away on Jadran Square . Spending new year celebration in Kafana (something between bar and a restaurant) needs to be planned and paid at least few days before, coffee shops and the bars practice the same thing. Only the clubs (at least some of them) are open for guests with ticket at the door and quite high prices on drinks.
