Grzegorz, thanks very much for the offer, Mostly Like running, football, tennis. I go to Jatomi Gym some afternoons. I think Capoeira is great, But I have a shoulder an an arm, that limits me some movements as if i force next day its a great pain. I have a Brazilian brother in law back in Spain, who is also Phisiotherapist and made my arm go better, but not further than its limit. But its an interest offer. I am 52 and I am sure some of the movements would be difficult for me, and my elasticity is nil.
