Hey, Eva! First of all, it's forbidden to sublet your apartment and make a profit with it. Make sure to not take more money than you pay for it. The laws which protect the people who rent apartments are really strict in Switzerland.

Whom do you want to rent the flat out to? Students? You don't really give enough information for us to find you the right platform.

Thanks for your answer, I think it's legal to sublet a flat and the owner agrees. It's not about making profit but to be able to get back to the flat after the break because we love the place. Have a good day.
