A very special yoga class in nature is coming, facing the lake and mountains in Bern, Switzerland — to fill ourselves with pure life -prana- and feel that we return to our center!
BILINGUAL CLASS in English and Spanish.
Chary Podestá has spent +15 years enjoying sharing the practice of yoga in nature, and this time she does it facing the beautiful Lake Thun! One date only! It will be a wonderful experience!
Beginners and advanced are welcome.
Bring a mat or towel.
